Title: Program Manager III
Duration: 9+ Months
Location: Remote - Strong preference for PST. Open to MST and CST.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager III to lead and optimize the candidate review process for product and infrastructure pipelines. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality evaluation process that supports hiring goals and drives team success.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines.

Collaborate with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to refine review criteria, workflows, and timelines.

Coordinate and facilitate candidate review meetings, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective feedback collection.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve candidate experience.

Track and analyze candidate review metrics; provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Manage communications with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progression through stages.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align candidate review with broader hiring strategies.

Drive adoption of tools and technologies that support review workflows.

Identify risks/issues in the review process and develop mitigation plans.

Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for candidate review questions.
Minimum Qualifications
-
BA/BS degree.
-
4+ years of experience in coordination, recruiting, program management, or operations.

Proven ability to lead multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight.

Strong data analysis and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships.

Experience influencing across multiple teams and functions.

Skilled in organizational and process flow presentation to various audiences.

Self-directed, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of project planning methodologies.

Familiarity with CSM and FBR tools.

Recruiting operations experience.

Change management experience.

Knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes.

Experience working in a technology company or large-scale engineering organization.
