Title: Project Coordinator III
Location: Onsite – Menlo Park, CA
Duration: 9 Months

Overview
The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering network test infrastructure for client’s Network Engineering teams. This position involves managing administrative aspects of internal customer projects, tracking timelines, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, lab staff, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and timelines for customer team initiatives.

• Gather and clarify all necessary information to enable smooth project execution.

• Manage material procurement, transfer, and inventory control.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping for large-scale inventory.

• Proactively monitor, track, and report on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Prepare and present clear progress updates on project status.

• Serve as a liaison between customers and lab site teams to ensure smooth execution.
