Job Title: Content Operations Coordinator III
Location: Remote (Preferred Time Zone: PST)
Duration: 7+ Months (Possible extension)
About the Role
We are seeking a Content Operations Coordinator III to support the programming and operations of screen-based content for client products. This position requires a detail-oriented, operations-minded individual with experience in live content scheduling and execution, preferably within the entertainment or digital media space.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage calendars, and execute content changes in real time.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and support a high volume of MR events, including tentpole live events

Implement real-time content updates to highlight priority programming

Maintain and manage the Live Operations calendar, coordinating across teams to align updates

Troubleshoot communication and system issues, problem-solve with stakeholders

Curate and schedule immersive media across various formats

Source and catalog assets while identifying process improvements

Ingest/process media assets and prepare playlists for playback

Ensure content quality standards are met based on provided guidelines

Create and maintain operational process documentation

Work extended schedules as needed (evenings/weekends)
Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in content production and operations, especially for emerging platforms

Strong proficiency in content/video management systems

Exceptional task and project management skills with the ability to work independently

High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Photoshop, data analysis tools, and FTP workflows

Experience scheduling and programming media calendars

Flexibility to support live events outside of standard hours

Passion for immersive media (AR/VR/MR) and emerging technology trends
Ideal Background
