Job Title: Accounting Analyst III
Duration: 4 Months
Location:  Fully Onsite only in MPK and Austin/ TX

Summary:

• We are seeking an Infrastructure Accounting Analyst, Data Center to join our rapidly growing team.
• This role is ideal for someone eager to learn quickly, build new processes, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative culture.
• The position involves partnering with cross-functional teams, providing accounting and process insights to guide decisions, and managing a significant portion of infrastructure investments on the balance sheet.
• Success in this role requires balancing attention to detail with the urgency needed to support fast-paced growth, along with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting for several data center construction projects from record to report, including responsibility for month-end close processes and SOX controls.
• Own multiple balance sheet accounts and the corresponding sub-ledger for varying levels of complexity
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Infrastructure Business Partners to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance.
• Identify process gaps and independently develop and implement solutions.
• Provide support to finance management and other cross functional partners as needed.
• This includes ad hoc financial analysis, technical analysis, and special projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent team player who is adept at working as part of a larger team located in different locations.
• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of financial statement auditing, financial accounting, or similar experience.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and working with business partners to effect changes.
• Experience in optimizing or re-designing existing processes resulting from business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Big 4 audit experience and CPA
• Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion
