Job Summary
The Supply Chain Associate will support tactical and operational supply chain activities focused on production planning, process order execution, warehouse coordination, and material logistics at the Client NC site. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP and MES systems, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments.

Schedule:
- One role: 4-day, 10-hour shift (Wednesday–Saturday)
- Second role: 4-day, 10-hour shift (Sunday–Thursday)

- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, and supply chain systems (SAP preferred)
- Prior experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing or logistics

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED and 2 years of work experience
- Associate’s degree and 6 months of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
- 2+ years of experience in production planning or warehouse coordination in a regulated environment
- Proficiency in SAP, MES, and ERP systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with finite scheduling, process order management, and cGMP/FDA regulations
- Prior experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing or logistics
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support creation, release, and tracking of process orders in SAP
- Coordinate with scheduling teams to align production plans with material availability and capacity
- Liaise with warehouse teams for timely material staging, transfer, and reconciliation
- Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and material movements in SAP/MES systems
- Act as liaison between Supply Chain and Manufacturing Services for material transfers and issue resolution
- Participate in deviation triage meetings and support CAPA/change control documentation
- Ensure master data accuracy for materials, BOMs, and WIP in SAP
- Contribute to operational readiness workstreams and continuous improvement initiatives
