- Experience with building masterdata for QC Laboratory Systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues.
- Experience with running queries for reporting data.
Job Description:
- Ideally the candidate will have strong technical knowledge required to support deployment and support of Laboratory systems (LIMS/Laboratory Management Electronic Smart Lab).
- The candidate must have at least 10 years of functional experience and capable of leading Laboratory systems implementations, qualifications, and masterdata builds.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide validation and qualification support for Laboratory systems deployment.
- Manage system masterdata builds and eProcedure Qualification support.
- Provide technical guidance for templating efficiencies within LIMS.
- Provide incident management support as required.
- Support Laboratory application performance monitoring and label printing issues.
- Identify technical/operational gaps and propose solutions.
- Provide hypercare support as systems go-live.
- Run LIMS queries as necessary, based on business needs.
Job Details:
- Ability to execute QC computer system validation and support/administer the system(s) when live in the production environment.
- Develops, writes, edits, and formats materials such as Standard Operating Procedures, Business Practices, forms, technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business process documentation.
- Additionally, this position will be required to administer the processing of documents via the established Document Processing Review process.
- May require communication through a variety of media (e.g., intranet, on-line training, etc.);
Skills:
- MS Office expertise
- Previous technical writing experience
- Regulated environment experience
- Document version control experience
- Excellent communication/writing skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate Degree or Master Degree and 3 years of clinical experience
- Bachelor Degree and 5 years of clinical experience
- Associate degree and 10 years of clinical experience
- high school diploma/GED and 12 years of clinical experience
