Job Description
Title: Field Service Technician II
Location: Lubbock, TX 79423 (Work area covers Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, Amarillo)
Duration: 3 Months (Temp to hire)
Shift: M-F 9 am – 6 pm, on call every other week, some OT and after hours

- What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Running printer break fix calls, and some network issues
- What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Printer break fix on wide format printers and network support
- Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
- Will there be shift differentials? Yes for on call
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? At least 1 year
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ certification is required
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $24/hr
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Could be up to 100
- What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 25 miles
- What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Lubbock, TX 79423 (Work area covers Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, Amarillo)
- How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? ASAP
- Do you have upcoming vacations or time out of the office? No
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- Works under general supervision.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
