Job Title: Finance - General Accounting
Duration: 1+months with possible extension
Location: Louisville, KY
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite: Tuesday through Thursday, Remote: Monday and Friday)

Overview
Manage intercompany accounting activities related to mobility payroll, tax equalization (TEQ), EID payments, and stock-based compensation, and oversee intercompany billing and cash settlement processes for designated markets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain intercompany reconciliation process for various brands/markets.
• Provide intercompany invoices to markets and research/coordinate with markets and related Shared Service Centers.
• Prepare and record intercompany billing and FX-related entries as needed for responsible markets.
• Manage EID stock-based compensation reporting, repeaters, and cross-charges to markets.
• Prepare and record Expat Payroll entries to charge markets.
• Prepare cash wires to settle intercompany balances with field markets as needed.
• Coordinate with Payroll and EY to prepare/record TEQ and tax gross-up entries to charge markets.
