Senior Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Payroll Manager to lead and oversee U.S. payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while driving operational excellence and supporting complex compensation practices. Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

Responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Manager

  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, wage & hour laws, and multi-state payroll practices
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms
  • Workday Payroll Integration, Absence, Time Tracking, and reporting experience is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Payroll Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5+ years in a payroll management role
