Position Title: Change management specialist
Length of Contract: 3 months (Potential to extend into early 2026, pending budget availability.)
Location/Site: IL 60064 pending schedule of critical team meetings (approx. 25-50% on site, typically Tues / Weds/ Thurs)
Top Skills -
a. Organizational Change management certification (e.g. Prosci or similar) and demonstrated experience in OCM
b. Project management
c. Strategy development
d. Technology / system implementation (directly, or via change management / training development support)
e. Stakeholder management / leadership communication and presence
Function: Procurement Third Party Risk Management Office (TPRMO)
Key Scope Area: Change Management Strategy for new TPRM processes and tools, partnering with other functions.
Smaller / secondary scope area: understand supplier risk and performance management across Procurement Strategy and Capabilities (PSC team) and procurement, and align a broader strategy for category managers and other procurement employees.
Timeframe: starts September, continues till end of December 2025 – goal is to complete as much as possible in 2025, with potential to extend into 2026 pending budget approval.
Deliverables:
A combination of the following Change Management tools will be leveraged:
ü Sponsorship – Align with TPRM Advisory committee leaders on the benefits and guiding principles to establish ownership and accountability. Ensure sponsors and procurement business partners are up to date on Internal Audit remediation activities, impact to users (e.g. ADCT / SET), and overall status. Sponsors act as change agents to role model behavior and communication.
ü Change Management Approach – Develop robust integrated change management plans to build excitement and momentum of TPRM processes and tool changes, aligned with other functions within and outside procurement. This will include management of an integrated TPRM integrated communications calendar (including other PSC functions tied to supplier management / lifecycle), coordination of functional communication events, coordination of training and other change management events, and potentially a new external facing TPRM Sharepoint site.
Integrate approach with other teams involved with launch of new systems:
• Process Unity (involves risk domains only
• INTAIC (replacing ADCT / SET)
Contract resource will partner with the TPRMO to ensure the Change Management Strategy is effective for all stakeholders. The following activities are expected in 2025:
