Position: SAP Functional Consultant Location: Irving, TX Duration: 6-12 Months
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to support and maintain our OpenText InfoArchive platform, which serves as the enterprise repository for archived SAP data following our SAP decommissioning initiative.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP business processes and historical data management, along with experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
This role involves working closely with business users, infrastructure teams, database administrators, and the OpenText support team to ensure the application remains stable, secure, and available for business operations.
The consultant will be responsible for handling day-to-day production support, resolving incidents, fulfilling historical data requests, implementing enhancements, coordinating application upgrades, and ensuring archived data is accessible for audit, legal, finance, compliance, and other business functions.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
