Position Title: Pharmacy Tech II
Work Location: Remote – Please source from the Houston area
Assignment Duration: 3 months (Potential to Extend)
Work Schedule: 9:00 am-5:30 pm
Work Arrangement: Remote
Position Summary:
- Call doctors for refills, clarifications, and new prescriptions.
- Enter prescriptions, and process refills.
- Backfill FTE, Madison Bebe.
- Call doctors for refills, clarifications, and new prescriptions.
- Enter prescriptions, and process refills.
- Pharmacy Terminology Knowledge
- Dosage Calculations
- Telephone Communication Skills/ computer savvy
- Pharmacy Tech Certification and TSBP Registration
- PTCB
- Previous job titles: CPHT, specialty technician, customer service pharmacy technician
