Job Description

Position Title: Logistics Support: I
Work Location: 595 Anglum Drive, Hazelwood, MO, USA 63042
Assignment Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: Flexible hours (start 6:30-9:00 AM, lunch 11:00 AM-1:30 PM, end 3:30-7:00 PM)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite after initial 2-3 months full-time onsite training)

Position Summary: Monitors supply chain and acts to prevent delays and shortages in the flow of materials from warehouse or suppliers to production lines and worksites. The Export Coordinator is responsible for managing export administration and distribution activities to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient delivery of products to international customers and partners. This role supports end-to-end stock deployment, ensuring high service levels while optimizing cost, sustainability, and compliance with global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage execution of export orders and deliveries in ERP systems
  • Coordinate international shipments (land, air, sea) with logistics providers
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements
  • Oversee invoicing, shipping documents, and export paperwork
  • Maintain product flow and availability for customers and partners
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned international customers
  • Communicate order status and resolve issues proactively
  • Handle logistics complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze performance trends to identify root causes
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive service and efficiency improvements
  • Support replenishment planning in collaboration with supply planners
  • Maintain master data related to export flows
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead or support logistics and operational improvement initiatives
  • Participate in governance, SIM (Short Interval Management), and team routines
  • Act as a subject matter expert for export processes and tools
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Provide backup support across the team when needed

Qualification & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Distribution
  • Experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and data tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with international trade compliance and export regulations (preferred)
  • Strong customer orientation and cultural awareness
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • High level of organization, adaptability, and proactivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • Ability to analyze data and drive decisions
