Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 12–15 years of experience in the plywood, building materials, wood products industries. The role will be responsible for developing and managing high-volume business through dealers, distributors, wholesalers and OEMs, with a specific focus on parallel brands of the company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying large-volume business opportunities, developing long-term channel relationships, negotiating commercial terms, driving sales volumes and ensuring profitable business growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and drive B2B sales business through dealers, distributors, wholesalers and large trade partners. • Identify and onboard clients requiring parallel-brands products of company. • Build a strong network of high-volume dealers, distributors, wholesalers and bulk buyers across assigned markets. • Generate new business opportunities and develop existing accounts to achieve defined sales volume and revenue targets. • Understand client requirements regarding product specifications, quality, pricing, branding and delivery schedules. • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, margins, payment terms, credit limits, minimum order quantities and business volumes. • Develop customized business proposals and commercial models for key accounts and private-label customers. • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and continuously identify opportunities for volume expansion and repeat business. • Track competitor activities and develop strategies to protect and expand the company's business. • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables / working capital for assigned accounts. • Ensure adherence to company policies, approved pricing structures and commercial guidelines. • Represent the company professionally at client meetings. Required Qualifications • 12–15 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in plywood, laminates, MDF, veneers, wood products, building materials or allied industries. • Strong experience in handling dealers, distributors, wholesalers, OEMs and high-volume B2B customers. • Prior exposure to OEM, parallel-brands or customized product business will be highly preferred. • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, commercial negotiations and channel economics. • Strong market network and established relationships with dealers, distributors and wholesalers. • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate volume vs. profitability. • Ability to independently develop new markets
