Job Description

Job Title: Senior Learning & Development Specialist - II
Location: Remote
Duration: 17+ months

 
Position Summary
The Contractor, Leadership Excellence will provide operational, program, and content support for leadership development and onboarding initiatives within Global Commercial Learning & Development. This role supports the execution of leadership programs, learning assets, and onboarding experiences for Regional Directors and field leadership. The contractor will work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and consistency of learning materials and program logistics.

Primary Responsibilities
· Support planning, coordination, and execution of Regional Director leadership development programs
· Manage program logistics for live and virtual learning sessions, including schedules, materials, trackers, and follow-up communications.
· Maintain and update leadership and onboarding learning assets, toolkits, and documentation.
· Support development, review, and updates of eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
· Track status of learning materials and deliverables across multiple initiatives and communicate updates to stakeholders.
· Provide day-to-day project management support, including timelines, task tracking, and risk identification.
· Prepare status updates, meeting recaps, and program documentation as needed.
· Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to support consistent execution of learning initiatives.
· Ensure alignment to established coaching models, leadership competencies, and CL&D standards.

Required Qualifications:
· Experience supporting learning, leadership development, or training programs in a corporate environment.
· Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Proficient with standard collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., trackers, shared documents).

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting onboarding or leadership programs for field or commercial teams.
· Familiarity with learning operations, training logistics, or instructional content support.
