Position title: Operation officer II
Duration: 1 year (Extension/ Conversion possible)
Schedule: Either 7 AM – 3 PM, 8 AM – 4 PM, or 9 AM – 5 PM, 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
Work Mode: Hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 WFH day (WFH day is not fixed)
Location: Edmonton, AB
 
Role Summary:

• % of back-office work vs telephone: No telephone but expected to be at daily meetings with team as well as communicating on TEAMS.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Charging security/mortgages
• Loan programming
• Preparing letters for solicitors to engage for new security

Must Have:

• Good communication
• Quick learner
• Positive and strong teamwork abilities
• Good understanding of word Excel

Nice To Have:

• If previous bank experience, it's an asset
