Position: Production Technician(BCG) Tammy Le
Location: Durham, NC 27712
Duration: 1 year (Possibility of extension/conversion Subject to performance and business needs)
3rd shift (Sunday  to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
 

• Performs various operational tasks as part of an empowered team: (30% -Clean Room Mgt/Materials) Set-up & breakdown of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) space/equipment, accurately & efficiently moves process materials (up to 50lbs) in
• accordance w/ procedure. Works in compliance w/ procedures, doc.'s, gov. regulations, safety pgrms (appropriate SOP's), follow lean mfg principles & current mfg practices (cGMPs). Manage inv. & tasks for aseptic growth.
• Equipment prep & movement. (60% - Operations Support) Operates/monitors equipment (incl. but not limited to ; RCCS, shell freezers, Wheaton Carts, Tube Welders) as deemed by skill level to set QC status & expiry of sterile equipment, provides materials
• & support/maintain equipment, systems knowledge (SAP, MES, Kanbans,
• PLC), sample dlvry. Labeling & Inventory mgt of clean/sterile equipment, tsfr of samples (10% - Info Tsfr) Saftey training/compliance events.

Education:

• Degree in Science or Engineering with 0 - 1 year experience or Candidates with no degree but 3+ years of experience will be considered.Required: Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Prior experience working in manufacturing environment.
