Role: Data Test Lead / Test Manager (Sr. Consultant)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Test Lead / Test Manager (Sr. Consultant) with 10–12 years of experience in data analytics, testing, and business intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by leveraging Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire, and Snowflake to transform complex data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage data warehousing solutions, and lead analytics initiatives that support strategic business growth.

Experience Required

• 10–12 years of relevant experience (12 years preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Implement TIBCO Spotfire solutions to visualize data trends and business insights.
• Manage and optimize Snowflake data warehousing solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models to improve analytics performance and data accuracy.
• Conduct data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Integrate new data sources into existing analytics frameworks.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new analytics technologies.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Power BI, including complex data visualization development.
• Hands-on experience implementing TIBCO Spotfire solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake and large-scale data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in data-driven projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset toward learning and adopting new analytics technologies.
