Job Description

Position Title: Technical Operations Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX, 75240 (4-5 days onsite, needs to support on Saturdays as well, sometimes) 
Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension or conversion upto 24 months)

Job Profile Summary:
Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and making a real impact? We’re looking for a motivated Technical Operations Analyst I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work on technical and non-technical projects, tackle infrastructure issues head-on, and play a key role in improving our systems and services.


Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (technical degree preferred).
 
Experience: 0–2 years in production or data analysis, with a strong understanding of technical operations.
 
Certifications: A+ Certification or equivalent; AWS Foundational preferred.
 
Job Description:
  • Investigate & Solve: Identify the root cause of issues and implement effective solutions — escalate when necessary.
  • Keep It Running: Configure and operate cloud infrastructure using various tools and interfaces.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with different teams (Internal & External) to identify process improvements and streamline operations.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze technical data, uncover trends, and translate insights into clear visuals to drive business decisions.
  • Build & Improve: Develop support documentation and recommend long-term solutions to prevent future issues. Demonstrates openness and flexibility to adapting their work to new processes to streamline and be more efficient.
  • Empower the Team: Share insights, ask challenging questions, and contribute to creating a more efficient, connected work environment while having the ability to understand and apply knowledge of how a business works to make sound decisions and drive positive outcomes.
  • Problem Solver: Able to research, test, and escalate issues effectively.
  • Clear Communicator: Capable of creating clear and organized documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Team Player: Proactively engages with peers, and internal employees and collaborates to drive solutions.
  • Technical Skills:  Familiar with infrastructure services and lower-level complex systems. Knowledge of software testing principles and operational tools. Comfortable with one or more programming/scripting/writing languages:
