Job Title: Insurance Analyst – Loan Services Team
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 Days onsite), Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory days in the office, and workers can choose their third day onsite.
Hours: Can not start before 7 am, but flexible after that.
Duration: 3+ Months can also turn into an RTH (Right-to-hire) based on performance

The Loan Services team is seeking an Insurance Analyst to support the management of insurance-related functions for borrowers and loan portfolios. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams, borrowers, and insurance providers.

Position Overview
The Loan Services team is seeking an Insurance Analyst to support the management of insurance-related functions for borrowers and loan portfolios. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams, borrowers, and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Order current property valuations from vendor websites by reviewing appraisals and identifying key property details (e.g., number of buildings, stories, construction type, etc.).
- Compile summaries of outstanding items for borrowers with multiple loans.
- Communicate with insurance agencies, prior services, and borrowers to obtain renewal evidence of certificates, policies, and policy endorsements.
- Request insurance and tax premium shortages, as needed.
- Review escrow analyses for accuracy.
- Assist borrowers and agents with inquiries related to insurance disputes, requirements, premium payments, and cancellation notices.
- Keep the manager informed on issues, production flow, and potential risks.
- Provide support on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Insurance License preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 2+ years of related commercial insurance experience and/or training required.
- Familiarity with HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines, as well as tax-related processes, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with insurance industry professionals.
- Demonstrated teamwork, professionalism, and leadership qualities in a customer-oriented environment.
