Description:
- Seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Inclusion & Diversity Operations team as well as the People Accessibility's global vendor program to deliver scalable, global solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project management support for key programs.
- Assisting business program managers with analysis and reporting.
- Interact and engage with global vendors.
- Managing administrative tasks such as inventory management, shipping program execution, vendor payments, and virtual event production on Webex.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Numbers and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- The ability to work independently at a remote warehouse on occasion.
Preferred Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have global, cross-functional collaboration experience with procurement, business operations, finance, and program managers. They must be able to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week, and be flexible with variations based on business needs.
