Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Compliance Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the legal compliance organization by managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of key initiatives. You will work closely with teams managing client’s Business Conduct Helpline, Political Law compliance, and other attorneys, compliance specialists, and business stakeholders to help ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a strong compliance culture within a large, complex organization and gain valuable experience in a growing field.

Responsibilities –
Business Conduct Helpline Program Support:
- Assist in clearly documenting and efficiently managing the helpline case queue and triage functions.
- Under the supervision of the team, respond to and appropriately escalate allegations of misconduct and requests for guidance under the Business Conduct Policy.
- Analyze trends and identify and advance efficiencies in helpline workflow activity.
- Collaborate on program documentation and resources.
- Help ensure consistent communication of policy requirements, as well as consistent process, treatment, and disposition of cases that come into the helpline.
Political Law and Post-Settlement Compliance Program Support:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Help ensure compliance with settlement agreements and consent decrees that place ongoing obligations and reporting on the client. This will include tracking obligations and status and ensuring agreements and deadlines are met.
- Assist with around compliance with emerging laws.
- Assist with Political Law projects as needed.
Other Project Management:
- Manage and track compliance projects from initiation to completion, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and communication strategies.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed.
- Facilitate project meetings and track action items.
- Collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders across the organization.
- Communicate project updates and compliance information clearly and concisely.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management around legal or compliance topics.
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance principles and practices.
- Proven ability to maintain discretion and/or confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
