Job Description
Title: Project Manager
Location: Culver City, CA
Duration: 9+ Months
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate would have project management experience, understand artwork routing requirements, be financially savvy, understanding of a CPG structure and cross functional ways of working, and highly organized and detail oriented. If they have past salon or beauty experience this would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Deliverables:
1. Artwork
1. Approve artwork (label changes/no new creative)
2. Project manage with internal resource GBS to meet NPI timelines
3. Approve swatch benchmarks to align with brand standards in partnership with internal testing resources
4. Approve on pack swatches and color ways to align with brand standards
5. Ensure global compliance of all artwork
2. Marketing
1. Create swatches for marketing and educational purposes
2. Make sure claims tables are up to date if required
3. Project Management
1. IDH/Hint projects
2. Create project volume estimate to be presented at gate meetings
3. Make sure volumes are meeting MOQ standards/ review forecast accuracy
4. Prepare CAM & GO meetings
5. Attend NPI meetings
6. New Item Set Up where necessary
7. Ensure sales is aware for inventory management
