Job Description
Title: Client Advocate II
Location: Columbia, SC
Partial Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Onsite and as Needed - ****Must be within a 45 minute driving range
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of conversion)
C2 Clearance eligibility - Must be a US Citizen
Team: Our team is comprised of seven dedicated team members and one manager, all working collaboratively to support Medicare operations. We partner closely with internal stakeholders and external organizations to ensure the stable, compliant, and timely delivery of Medicare services. Teamwork, clear communication, and shared accountability are central to how we operate and deliver high-quality results. We are a close team and enjoy working together.
Day To Day:
Medicare Client advocates are responsible for providing services to our customers which include but are not limited to:
• Incidents and Escalations
• Services Delivery
• Communications and Reporting
• Vulnerability Management
• Audit & Compliance
• Budget Management
• Project Activities
• Software Lifecycle
Nice To Have:
• Familiarity with internet, networking, server, and workstation technologies
• Familiarity with application development and/or data management technologies
• Leading or implementing process improvement and/or project management
• Experience with workflow software – software applications that a team uses to manage work
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in any major.
Required Work Experience: 5 years I/T related experience to include experience in client relationship, I/S marketing, and process/product improvement.
Interviews: Rd 1. - Remote. Rd 2 - Onsite with Team
