Project Overview / Contractor's Role: Full Stack Developer We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and support modern, scalable applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. This role will work closely with product owners, architects, DevOps engineers, UX designers, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, resilient, cloud-native solutions that enhance business capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, experience building enterprise-grade applications, and a passion for automation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Experience developing enterprise-scale applications. • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns. • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications. • Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. • Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices. • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases. • Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs. • Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions. • Integrate applications with internal and third-party services. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices. • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and availability. • Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. • Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews. • Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
