The Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) Lead is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for maximizing performance through analytics, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Central Planning Lead with solid experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects. This role is responsible for project management across key sales initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of sales engagements in close collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners.

Job Summary
The Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) Lead is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for maximizing performance through analytics, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Central Planning Lead with solid experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects. This role is responsible for project management across key sales initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of sales engagements in close collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Drive standardization and continuous improvement in sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including: defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience across segments
- Executive Communications: Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, performance metrics, and key issues into a comprehensive portfolio view, enabling informed decision-making and strategic guidance
- Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of individual projects, track progress against goals, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop and execute detailed project plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration to successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience establishing and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.

- Experience with sales engagement strategies and cadence standardization.

Years of experience needed:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business planning, operations, project management or similar roles.
