Job Description
Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Boise, ID 83704
Duration: 3 months (contract-to-hire)
Shift: M-F
Notes:
This is a Tech 1 90-day contract-to-hire position – candidates should be prescreened to confirm that they fit the requirements listed below.
• Technician will travel to each client’s location to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
• Works under general supervision.
• Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).
• Local travel required for daily dispatch.
• Candidate must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and pass drug test & background check.

- What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network. Must have good admin and organizational skills.
- What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch
- Will there be OC (on call)? Yes • Will there be shift differentials? No
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? Preferably 2 but not necessary
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ certification required within 6 months of hire
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $21.50 for qualified technicians.
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 50-200
- What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 25
