Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 09 Months
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
- Responsible for the performance management and strategic development of Client’s External Repair Vendor (ERV) network
- Oversees end-to-end vendor performance including recovery rate, turnaround time, and return rates
- Sets operational deadlines, assigns cross-functional responsibilities, and monitors progress across technical integration, vendor relationships, and transportation optimization initiatives
- Prepares performance reports and conducts root cause analyses for senior management
- Leads the Repair Direct System Integration roadmap, managing technical onboarding pipeline and User Acceptance Testing
- Serves as liaison between Technology teams and Vendor Operations, triaging system errors and providing operational input on feature development
- Drives transportation strategy to optimize inventory velocity and reduce logistics costs. Works cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Business, Finance, and Operations partners
- Requires extensive experience in program management, vendor operations, and supply chain optimization. Relies on judgment and experience to plan and accomplish strategic goals. Leads and directs the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected
