Job Description

Role: Project/Program Manager IV
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months – potential extension and conversion

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery against defined timelines and metrics.
  • Develop and refine program strategies, effectively communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics, SQL, and Excel-based reporting to drive measurable improvements.
  • Navigate and resolve ambiguities in complex operational scenarios, applying structured problem-solving skills.
  • Develop deep familiarity with operational systems and processes — capable of independently handling anecdotal checks, troubleshooting requests, and operational inquiries from partner teams.
  • Hold cross-functional stakeholder teams accountable to program timelines; exercise sound judgment on escalation paths and surface critical issues proactively.
  • Implement repeatable processes and drive automation or standardization to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Must Have skills:
  • End-to-end program/project management experience
  • Comfort with data analysis without relying on others
  • Strong ownership mentality for self-sufficient execution
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, including end-to-end delivery and senior leadership communication.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine, drive, and measure improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, array formulas, data cleansing).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience defining program requirements and translating operational data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
