Must-Have Skills

• PMP certification

• Independent, experience in identifying gaps in processes and streamlining them
• Familiar with Agile or Waterfall

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:    

• Technical project manager, possible experience in marketing with product launches
• Lead cycle workstream, collaborate with stakeholders and align projects to team roadmap, Organize projects through documentation (excel, spreadsheets), triaging projects between marketing and other XFN teams.
• Excellent communication, independence, and organization

• Cross-collaboration with and exposure to multiple teams
• Many moving parts, will need to be independent, self-starter, and highly organized
• Years of Experience: 3+
• Degrees/Certifications Required: PMP preferred, but more about experience in a tech environment

 
Job scope:

• This role is for a PM on our scaled web team, supporting all campaign project management across client for Business.
• Define and drive success metrics and key performance indicators along with cross-functional partners.
• Articulate the roadmap, goals, milestones, and requirements for different projects.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise in web technology, learning management systems, sales enablement, and business education.
• Manage an agile sprint system for quick, release-based web development.
• Familiarity with Software Engineering platforms
• Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Prevent surprises in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reporting of progress, risks and blockers to senior management

Qualification:

• 3 years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, strong communication and reporting as needed, oversight of project trackers and ensuring accuracy over sprints.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or business management or comparable field is preferred
• Technical experience or familiarity with Agile/Scrum based project management.
