Summary of Responsibilities
Job Description:

You will be responsible for developing and managing new products and features that our business customers rely on to efficiently setup and manage their Business account and procurement needs effectively. We are a core, dynamic team within Business that are powering an innovative, growing business. You will have the opportunity to make an impact in where the business goes.

Key job responsibilities
- Owning strategic planning to achieve business objectives and define product vision, experimentation roadmap, and comprehensive KPIs to measure impact and progress.
- Working closely with software managers, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders across different teams to develop business and product requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Organizing customer research and studies to inform new tech investments and product experience designs.
- Establish effective and data-driven mechanisms to convey product and CX gaps and opportunities.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand root causes of customer pain points and drive the right solutions to exceed customer expectations
- Pilot experiences; collect and report on data; iterate on the path towards full scale roll-out. Globalize proven features.

Basic qualifications

- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with end to end delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience working effectively across different groups in the organization
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication

Preferred qualifications

- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance product development lifecycle
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
