Job Title: Demand Planner III
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Client Services Supply Chain Operations is looking for a highly analytical, motivated, self-driven individual with a strong planning & execution background. The Supply Demand Planner ensure proper product allocation & execution thru the matching of supply & demand across the supply chain distribution sites.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ year’s experience in the areas of operations, supply chain, data management, finance, procurement, consulting
- Consistent record of leading diverse & complex projects, combined with the ability to execute tactical activities & tasks
- Demonstrated experience overseeing supply & demand planning activities, including: developing & managing product supply plans that support quarterly financial revenue plans while achieving order cycle time goals; serving as a cross - functional interface between Sales, Operations Regional Planning Teams, and Partner Teams; creating weekly allocation plans across supported channels, performing reporting reviews to ensure execution is met where supply is available
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
- Confidence in managing and navigating ambiguity successfully
- Demonstrated ability in business process re-engineering with an acute attention to detail and continuous innovation
- Excellent forward thinking capabilities, able to see beyond the current state, proactively identifying risks/opportunities
- Proven experience working optimally in a matrixed and global organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data and drive solutions based on logic and insights
- Independently solve routine problems while seeking guidance on more complex issues
- Proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software development, enhancing problem-solving capabilities and project efficiency a plus.
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field required. MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
- Influence and triangulate cross-functional alignment within a matrixed organization
- Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad-hoc problem solving during unprecedented events.
- Drive, influence, and develop long-term strategic initiatives that shape the future of client’s supply chain and omnichannel roadmap.
- Plan, drive, and execute New Product Introduction operational activities, ensuring world-class customer experience across all of client’s routes to market.
- Identify process improvement opportunities (tools, workstreams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation.
- Responsible for supply execution of hundreds of thousands of units between channels and refurb partners to maximize financial results and customer experience.
- Influence and manage operations across global Distribution Centers lifting out of Multiple origin locations.
- Analyze backlog & open order data and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Provide program support and make routine execution decisions to ensure customer ship commitments, fill rates and revenue goals are met.
- Maximize daily billings per posted fill rate targets
- Execute supply to support established operational metrics and performance goals.
- Drive innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving Apple’s Sustainability and eco-friendly goals of Carbon Neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030.
- Expert with SAP and Excel with the ability to assemble impactful reports on a recurring and ad-hoc basis, Tableau experience a plus
- Desire to stay curious, shows a passion for growing and learning, never satisfied with the status quo
