Job Description

Job Title: Contracts & Sourcing Specialist V
Location: Remote
Duration: 8+ Months

Overview:
Responsible for the contracting of goods and services, the Contracts & Sourcing Specialist drafts, negotiates, and administers purchasing agreements with suppliers to meet the operational needs of the company.

Key Projects & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Managing contracts for marketing services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and drafting contracts for various business units, including procurement and buy-side agreements.
  • Navigating contract management system to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
  • Drafting standards and guidelines for contract management and procurement processes.
  • Providing support for procurement teams on buy-side agreements and contracts.
  • Managing high volumes of contracts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

  • Proficiency in contract management systems and software.
  • Background in data privacy and protection, with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deals simultaneously.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in financial and technical data analysis
  • Accurate documentation and customer information management
  • Ability to anticipate market trends and consumer behavior
  • Understanding of relevant purchasing laws and regulations
  • Proficient in supply chain management and standard office software

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
  • Experience in contract management and commercial agreements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. Experience in drafting, preparing, and negotiating contracts with a strong focus on specialization
  2. Ability to manage high volumes of contracts and procurement projects simultaneously
  3. Familiarity with multiple systems, including contract management software and other relevant tools

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  1. Category focus in Professional Services contracts
  2. Ability to work with Legal teams, including collaboration with attorneys and various decision-makers
