Role: Business Analyst
Location: Remote (preferred - Austin, TX)
Duration: 6 Months

Business Analyst will be supporting business architect and product leads through creation of documentation during discovery, planning and execution including use cases, competitive analysis comparison, and product requirements.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Same as Business/System Analyst 1 plus participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing.
• Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements.
• Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products.
• Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems.
• Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing.
• Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties.
• Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience.
