Job Description

Job Title: Dropoff Success & Compliance Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Duration: 5 Months Contract (with potential for extension)

About the Role:
We are building a new team to support one of clients key strategic initiatives. As a Dropoff Success & Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality delivery experiences by improving dropoff success rates and contributing to the development of our driver-facing products. Your work will directly support the training of machine learning models, optimize operational processes, and enhance the overall user experience for Dashers and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and grade real-time dropoff photos submitted by Dashers to ensure compliance with delivery expectations.

  • Provide immediate feedback to Dashers on poor-quality or non-compliant photos.

  • Support machine learning model training by uploading and scoring photos in our platform.

  • Participate in the development of our upcoming Driver Ratings product by contributing photo data and performance insights.

  • Conduct outreach to Dashers to provide feedback and improve dropoff compliance.

  • Contact customers in difficult-to-access locations (e.g., apartment complexes, multi-tenant units) to encourage the addition of accurate delivery instructions.

  • Scrape and analyze historical delivery data to enhance and update dropoff instructions using our address-matching process.

  • Support various dropoff intelligence processes and workflows.

  • Assist with ad hoc investigations related to fulfillment and delivery compliance.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, formatting).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, and escalating issues when needed.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with PivotTables, data cleaning, and using pre-built data queries.

  • Familiarity with parcel delivery monitoring, fraud detection, or compliance in logistics (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Amazon).

  • Background in data entry or logistics coordination.

  • Consulting or analytics experience related to delivery or e-commerce operations.
