Company Overview: Client is seeking Project Managers to join its Special Projects team, supporting strategic, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This individual will own project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, budgeting, documentation, risk management, and project execution.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle from project initiation through implementation and closeout.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams across numerous business units.
Build and maintain project documentation including project plans, RACI/RASCI matrices, RAID logs, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.

Present project updates, research, and recommendations to executive sponsors and leadership.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment across departments.
Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and conflicts, driving timely resolution.
Facilitate project meetings, conference calls, and follow-up activities.

Standard PM documentation and project artifacts
Experience working across multiple business units and cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification or formal project management training.
Experience presenting to executive leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Enjoys project management as a long-term career rather than viewing it as a stepping stone.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and sometimes chaotic environment.
Comfortable working directly with VPs, Chiefs, and executive leadership.
Strong relationship builder who can navigate organizational politics effectively.
Naturally proactive and takes ownership beyond assigned responsibilities.
Balances strong project execution with strategic thinking but understands that PM fundamentals come first.
