Job Title: Paralegal - IV
Duration: 6 months 
Location: Bellevue WA

Summary:
  • The Paralegal, Enterprise Integrity & Compliance will have responsibility for matters reported into the Integrity Line (ethics hotline), as well as other reporting to Compliance & Ethics, including documenting intake, gathering information, monitoring, review of findings/investigation outcomes, ensuring timely resolution of reported incidents and reporting case management metrics to management.
Responsibilities:
  • This position will report to the Manager, Enterprise Integrity & Compliance, and work closely with one or more analysts, other members of the Compliance and Ethics team, labour and employment team, human resources, investigations, and various other business groups across the enterprise.
  • Ensure that allegations of misconduct are thoroughly investigated, legal and compliance requirements are met, and remedial and mitigating actions are taken as appropriate, and business units are informed of any necessary actions required on their part.
  • Provide business partners with guidance and advice on a large variety of compliance and ethics matters, as well as analyse reported incidents for potential misconduct trends or other emerging risks to the business.
  • Conduct compliance-related research and work on projects as may be assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer and other members of the Compliance management team, and will make recommendations for compliance-related policies and procedures.
