Job Description

Title: Program Manager II (Change Management Consultant)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months

Summary:
The Change Management consultant will lead and execute change initiatives by engaging, collaborating, and informing key internal & external stakeholders, including the design, development, and delivery of change strategies and plans that drive value for the stakeholders and drive desired business outcomes. The Change Management Consultant will have experience assessing stakeholder impacts and developing and executing change, communications, and learning/training strategies.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assess, develop and make recommendations to project teams in relation to change readiness.
  • Assesses the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and impact for change.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on risks, issues, dependencies, and reception of change by end-users.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies.
  • Creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, stakeholder engagement plans, learning/training plans, and resistance management plans.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to plan, prepare, and develop clear and concise messages, communication and supporting content across multiple channels to enable swift adoption and overall success of change initiative.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Defines, measures, and monitors success metrics for change progress.
  • Executes day-to-day operational aspects and deliverables of change management projects and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule and on scope.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5+ years of experience leading change and communication initiatives.
  • Experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model or similar framework.
  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent enterprise-scale change initiatives.
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives, driving transformation and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Experience in executing end-to-end change management and its deliverables.
  • Experience working with senior levels across organization.
Must have skills:
  • Change management strategy.
  • Communication planning.
  • Stakeholder management (i.e.., stakeholder analysis and stakeholder analysis, etc.) Must have done some stakeholders work themselves.
Nice to have skills:
  • Technology/product/systems change management.
  • Change impact/intake assessment or change analysis.
  • Learning/training experience.
Soft skills:
  • Organized, individual execution with several XFNs (collaborative).
  • Articulate communication.
  • Flexible and amenable.
