Job Description:
The Strategy & Transformation Analyst will support global Geo Expansion and Transformation programs, enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient operational readiness across new markets. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, and Benefits to drive governance, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills, helping the organization successfully launch and scale operations in new geographies while aligning with enterprise strategy and governance frameworks.
Success in this role will be defined by the ability to manage transformation initiatives, deliver insights through metrics and reporting, improve processes, and ensure operational readiness for global expansion.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Transformation Support
- Support planning and execution of global geo expansion and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Contribute to building scalable frameworks and governance models for launching operations in new markets.
- Partner with leadership to define business cases, “Big Why,” and measurable outcomes for expansion programs.
- Coordinate operational readiness across key functions such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Compliance, and IT.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program progress.
- Assist in developing project roadmaps, execution plans, and governance structures.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings and drive follow-ups on key deliverables.
- Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to track geo expansion success.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Deliver regular program updates, performance reviews, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct forecasting, scenario planning, and impact analysis for expansion initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support development of standardized frameworks, tools, and templates for transformation programs.
- Recommend automation and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and program sponsors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, updates, and executive-level communications.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Ensure programs follow governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Support steering committees and governance forums.
- Track and document key decisions, risks, and outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in project or program management, preferably in transformation or global expansion initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in reporting, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Transformation.
- Experience supporting global HR, Payroll, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Knowledge of global compliance, employment, and operational readiness.
- Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
- Exposure to consulting, process improvement, or change management frameworks.
