Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager Web - D
Location: Alameda, CA, 94502
Duration: 6 months

We are looking for someone who has experience administering a content management quality system, preferably Veeva Vault. (Quality Docs) Implementation new projects/ processes.. having a charter, validation, updating documents. Like a system admin
 
3-5 hard requirements for the role:
•           Ability to manage projects, including planning, validation, and deployment.
•           Experience configuring and administering a validated quality system.
•           Basic programming/technical experience.
 
Preferred requirements that would stand out on a resume:
•           Experience working as an Administrator for Veeva Vault content management applications
•           Understanding of software lifecycle process.
•           Ability to manage, communicate, and coordinate the project management phases.
•           Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
•           Knowledge of best practices for document control and quality content management.
 
Top  Skills:
•           Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and collaborating cross-functionally
•           Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and train users
•           Able to work independently
•           Project management
•           Coding skill is a plus
•           Understand project life cycle, mid-level projects, strong organization skills, work independently.   
 
Years’ of experience required:
•           3 – 5 years (preferably in Medical Device or other Regulated Industry)
•           Technical background/ software systems
•           Validating experience
•           Quality Control
•           Change Control
 
Required education level/certifications:
•           Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field
•           Veeva Vault certification is strongly preferred
 
Daily tasks/duties and department interactions:
•           Responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects from beginning to end.
•           Collaborate with representatives from functional areas across the division to meet project objectives.
•           Administering user accounts and managing user permissions
•           Identify process issues and recommend improvements to team members and management.
•           Process changes requests for multiple workflows in the Veeva Vault system.
•           Troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows
 
Description of work environment/department:
•           Working with several different functions and levels of expertise.
•           Various time bound or time sensitive activities and projects.
•           Must be on site 5 days a week.
