Work Location: 750 Morphy Ave, Fairhope, AL
Assignment Duration: 6+ months
Shift- 6:30am-3:00pm Mon-Fri with rotating weekends
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Required to wear N95 mask and Red scrubs*

Position Summary

Register patients, collect labs, process specimens, prepare specimens for shipping, restock supplies, order supplies, rotate expired supplies, and perform general office duties.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer Service experience.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing.

Working Conditions

• ·       How many draws are required daily? – 20-25

  ·       What is the work environment? –  4 floor hospital

  ·       If this is a patient service center, how big is the location? – Hospital setting

  ·       How long is the worker expected to stand? – The worker is expected to stand and walk the majority of the 8-hour shift.

  ·       Are there any specialties?  – There are no required specialties, the candidate should be able to assist all patients who present for services from infants to geriatrics.

  ·       Will this person work with a team or alone?  – There will be a team huddle will draw alone

  ·       How many weeks of training is required at the start of this role? – Will draw with a lead until can draw alone
