Job Description

Title: Project Coordinator-II
Location: Bellevue, WA 98006
This role is hybrid, in the office 3 days a week.
Duration: 12 months
 
Summary:
  • The important skill sets are LMS experience, Articulate, and general Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Training logistics: Coordinate continuing education with external law firms and internal experts, manage training logistics (venues, scheduling), and provide on-site and day-of support to facilitators. 
  • Training Hosting: Host live and WebEx presentations, facilitate recordings and polls, upload session content, and manage courses via SharePoint or LMS.
  • LMS Management: Support the team by editing courses in Articulate, managing course content in the LMS (uploading, updating, or modifying), and resolving learner issues through the internal ticketing system.
  • Ensure high-quality learning experiences by maintaining course materials, training resources, and facilitator tools.
  • Promptly escalate issues to L&D management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for continuing education documentation.
  • Scheduling, Calendar Management, and Communications: Assist with departmental operations by preparing correspondence, scheduling trainings and meetings, and supporting various projects.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive materials; produce regular communications including newsletters, training calendars, and legal mailers.
Required Skills: 
  • Microsoft Products, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Facilitating conference calls on Microsoft Teams and large conference calls on WebEx. 
  • Some experience with eLearning authoring tools, Articulate preferred, and with learning management systems. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service attitude.
 Must-Haves:
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience required. 
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)-including course uploads, updates, and troubleshooting learner issues.
  • Proficiency in Articulate-especially for editing or creating e-learning content.
