Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced business leader to drive organizational planning, initiatives, and operational excellence for Monetization Partnerships. The goal is to accelerate revenue through innovation and scalable solutions for clients, partners, and the organization. The Strategic Planning & Operations Lead will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, marketing, finance, data science, HR, and more.
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including resource planning, business goal setting, data-driven business reviews, sales pipeline reporting, internal communications, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a talent for driving efficiency, collaborating across teams, and making data-backed decisions.
Responsibilities:

Lead and improve the planning process, including goal-setting, project prioritization, and headcount planning.

Provide strategic direction on scaling business efforts and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive key business initiatives and special projects.

Combine qualitative insights with data analytics to provide actionable business recommendations.

Lead business reviews for leadership teams, including monthly/quarterly business reviews and sales pipeline updates. Present findings to executive audiences.

Drive alignment through leadership and cross-functional meetings, facilitating discussions on key opportunities and issues.

Contribute to strengthening organizational culture and fostering team collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in strategic planning or business operations, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.

Proven experience leading strategy, operations, and process improvement projects, including sales revenue reviews and pipeline reports.

Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels.

Expertise in working cross-functionally in a fast-growth and ambiguous environment.

Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and initiatives, maintaining organization and focus.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or relevant graduate degree.

Experience in consulting or advisory roles, or within strategy/operations teams.

Background in advanced quantitative analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights.

Passion for building businesses and working with digital products like WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.

Experience in sales operations and go-to-market (GTM) programs.

Excellent organizational skills to drive business reviews, data insights, and goal setting.

Tech background is helpful but not required; experience with Excel, data, and driving insights is a plus.
