Job Title: Campaign Manager
Location: Chicago, IL 60661 (Hybrid Onsite – Minimum 3 days/week in office)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary

The Campaign Manager will oversee the planning, setup, and launch of programmatic and audience extension campaigns. This role involves end-to-end campaign management, including performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting. You will collaborate with vendor and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and campaign success, while also working closely with the Sales team to meet client goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on audience targeting strategies aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Coordinate campaign production tasks with preferred vendors to ensure smooth execution.

  • Manage and track campaign timelines to ensure on-time launches.

  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Handle inventory reservations and creative scheduling through vendor collaboration.

  • Troubleshoot production, delivery, and billing issues as needed.

  • Recommend and implement post-sale optimization strategies to enhance campaign results.

  • Partner with Sales to deliver actionable post-campaign performance insights.

  • Meet or exceed team KPIs and maintain a high standard of service delivery.

  • Contribute to operational efficiency projects and internal process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in digital advertising and programmatic campaign management.

  • Location Requirement: Role is not open to remote; must be based in Chicago and work onsite at least 3 days/week.

Must-Have Technical Skills

  1. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and campaign setup.

  2. Experience troubleshooting campaign production, delivery, or billing issues.

  3. Proven ability to implement optimization strategies post-launch.

  4. Skilled in analyzing and presenting campaign performance metrics.

  5. Effective coordination with cross-functional teams (Sales, Vendors, Ops).

  6. Familiarity with digital advertising KPIs and success metrics.
