Position Summary
The Project Manager, Global Procurement e-Invoicing Program and Transformation Projects, will lead the planning, execution, and ongoing governance of initiatives to expand electronic invoicing capabilities across global markets while ensuring compliance with evolving country-specific e-invoicing mandates and tax regulations. This role will serve as the central coordinator across Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, Accounts Payable, external vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, and efficient e-invoicing solutions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong understanding of business process transformation, and the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.

Position Summary
The Project Manager, Global Procurement e-Invoicing Program and Transformation Projects, will lead the planning, execution, and ongoing governance of initiatives to expand electronic invoicing capabilities across global markets while ensuring compliance with evolving country-specific e-invoicing mandates and tax regulations. This role will serve as the central coordinator across Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, Accounts Payable, external vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, and efficient e-invoicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Program and Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global e-invoicing initiatives, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and dependencies across regions, functions, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Global Procurement, Tax, Finance, and external advisors to understand evolving country-specific e-invoicing regulations and mandates.
- Establish governance processes to assess regulatory changes and prioritize implementation activities.
- Coordinate compliance-related system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain documentation, controls, and audit readiness related to e-invoicing processes and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships across Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax, IT, Master Data, and external service providers.
- Support facilitating cross-functional workshops, decision-making sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and implement scalable e-invoicing solutions.
- Support integration efforts involving ERP systems, invoice automation platforms, tax engines, and e-invoicing service providers.
- Identify opportunities to improve invoice processing efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management efforts.
- Track key performance indicators related to e-invoicing adoption, compliance, invoice processing efficiency, and supplier enablement.
- Track key performance indicators related to the vendor master and supplier enablement metrics.
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across the e-invoicing program.
- Support development of long-term roadmap and strategy for global e-invoicing expansion.
Required
- Experience managing global business process, finance transformation, ERP, or compliance-related projects.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions.
- Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and technology providers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with e-invoicing, Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Tax, or Finance processes.
- Knowledge of global e-invoicing mandates and electronic tax reporting requirements.
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or other ERP and invoice automation platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.
