Job Title: HR Program Specialist I
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Location: Atlanta, GA 30354-1989

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operational functions of the HR Records & Retention team. This role is responsible for the management of HR records inquiries initiated by Leadership, Employees, Legal and Retirees in partnership with our vendor Conduent.
- This role helps to deliver HR’s execution of Record Retention policy to properly store records using ODM/DORS, inform, educate, and inspire proper record retention policies across the eco-system.
- Partners with HR Leaders and Cross-Divisional Leaders, Legal and SMEs to successfully fulfill record requests, resolve questions/concerns in a timely and expeditious manner.
- Provide execution support to ad-hoc requests for special projects and urgent updates/changes to our business.
- Actively work the with ServiceNow technology platform as the case management tool used to receive and respond to record requests, employee questions and issues/escalations daily.
