Description
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate data management.
- Enter, maintain, and verify large volumes of data across systems.
- Utilize Salesforce and Excel for contract processing and reporting.
- Support sourcing efforts including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Process contracts in Salesforce, including Cases, Opportunities, and DocuSign.
- Generate Deselect Notice Letters and manage deselection workflows.
- Perform research for ad-hoc requests (e.g., NTP dates, site deselections).
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Direct experience sourcing telecom circuits.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (including contract workflow, and case management).
- Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, analysis).
- Experience with DocuSign.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently across multiple commodities.
- Candidates must have direct experience in sourcing telecommunications circuits and managing vendor relationships with major service providers such as Telecom/Telecommunication/Fiber.
- This is in addition to demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, advanced Excel skills, and meeting all other listed qualifications.
- Experience with FTTC (Fiber to the Cell) deployments.
- Background in telecommunications or telco circuit procurement.
- Familiarity with contract and site deselection processes.
