Job Title: Field Service Technician II 
Schedule: M-F 9 am -6 pm – could be OT as needed • Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
Duration: 3 months (Temp to Perm)
Location:  Panama City, FL 32405

Role Overview
?As a Field Technician, you will serve as the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software. Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
  • Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
  • Electromechanical experience a plus.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
  • Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.
