Job Description

Position Title: Manufacturing Technician II

Work Location: 600 Technology Drive Newark DE USA 19702

Assignment Duration: 12 Months

Work Schedule: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary: Test, calibrates and repairs production machines and related subassemblies to written and or oral specifications in a timely fashion. Responsible for meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, test, calibrate and repair production equipment, products and related subassemblies as required per specifications and document results with operations and engineering
• Maintain and present daily management board
• Perform process validations and improvement suggestions
• Comply with 6S
• Conduct inventory transactions
• Ensure calibrated equipment is within specification
• Review non-conforming materials for accuracy
• Report failures via QSI process
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a controlled Clean Room environment (if applicable).
• Perform equipment maintenance as required.
• Understand and comply with all work safety rules and regulations and GMP guidelines.
• Work on special projects as requested.
• Ability to work overtime to meet production schedule as needed.
• Ensures quality and operation of work.
• Reads and interprets schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machines.
• Timely and accurate testing and calibration of all electronic subassemblies and must clearly document results.
• Ensure that design, implementation, test and maintenance methods and or processes are developed as well as executed in a manner, which supports all our organization's Quality Standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualification & Experience:

• Detail oriented, Proficiency with computers (Oracle, Agile, Microsoft Office, file transfers), Quality driven, Ability follow written procedures to maintain GMP compliance
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Technical Degree/Trade school in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience preferred

Working Conditions & Physical Demands (If Applicable):

• Ability to work in a controlled Clean Room environment (if applicable).
