Job Title: Project/Program Manager
Location: Arlington, VA
Duration: 2 months with Possibility of extension
Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Managing multiple projects. Deadline and deliverables. Day to day- training to help this person get set up. Deliverable will be a training program. Multiple projects. PM experience, organized, set timelines, make sure stakeholders on track to deliver on goals. No systems in mind. Very general PM experience.

1 Good Writing skills
2 Organized build timelines
3 Worked with multiple stakeholders
